Still here just trying to organize my life

It's been a while since I posted. This past week has been kind of crazy with events, commitments and the challenge to get our schedules organized as a family. I am going to be going back to college so I can further my career and Karlie and I have had to go through some crazy schedule changes. Time constraints are an issue sometimes with both of us trying to work out at different times on top of everything else but we have chosen to make excercise a priority in our lives so if we can't get everything we want into our day, excercise is still there. We are learning how to manage the loss of time for other things we want to get done, like blogging :)

This week included awesome wokouts and great diet plan meals. As always, another week, another 4-6 pounds will be gone. There is a lot more to be said about the unexpected emotional growth and realizations as a couple doing this together so come back tomorrow for that.

Sunday is my only day without work and is going to be my primary day for posts now. Much love to all my friends trimming the fat out of their lives. Till' tomorrow.

  1. It is hard to get everything in or done in a day, a week, a month. But with your priorities set up you'll do just fine. Be sure to find time to relax and rejuvinate too.
